3D PRINT ITALIA srl assumes that these Terms and Conditions are accepted when one order or one artwork proof is confirmed.
At every placed order we send an artwork proof within 24 hours from file receipt.
File accepted are PDF, EPS, TIFF (please note that TIFF files are not editable). The proof will be sent only when all order's features (artworks, variable datas, etc.) have been received, and it is only for the purpose of checking text and logos, it is not a color proof. CMYK percentage may change due to the manufacturing process. The proof confirmation is considered as Terms and Conditions acceptance and it starts the manufacturing process with features as showed in the proof file.
Our cards are packed in a standard box of 250 pieces each and wrapped with transparent film to protect cards from dust and scratches.
Once proofs have been confirmed by the customer and we started the production process, cancellation of orders will not be possible and no refunds can be applied.
Once proof has been confirmed, the standard lead time is 5 working days for cards printed CMYK and 1 or 2 working days more for cards with “add-ons” (variable data, signature panels, etc.). For silkscreen printing, varnishing, Pantone colours you must add 3 to 5 working days. Only for single orders printed CMYK, we can dispatch goods in 24/48 hours (48 hours in case of cards with “add-ons”). This Express Service has a 15% increased price.
Quantity – due to production process, for orders over 5000 pieces, the final quantity may vary of +/- 10% (for RFID cards the quantity may vary regardless the orders pieces), and all extra cards will be invoiced. Orders required with fixed quantity have an 8% increased price.
Colors – Colors showed on screen can not be considered as the real CMYK percentage. The difference between printed colors and colors viewed on screen is +/- 10%.
Thickness – Card thickness may vary of 3-8%.
Cards with same features (e.g. all cards with LoCo magnetic stripe, or all cards with contact chip) can be grouped.
All quantities up to 3000 pieces can be mixed and printed with digital printing, and invoiced at price of total amount of cards (e.g. 500 + 600 + 1400 cards printed together have the price of 2500 cards). For grouped orders over 3000 pieces, please request us a quote.
If the order is up to 5000 PVC cards printed CMYK, the sample has a cost of € 25,00 (for one layout) + shipment.
For every other type of printing or quantity the sample has a cost of € 150,00 + shipment.
Claims must be communicated within 8 days since goods receipt and cards must be returned. We can not accept claims for marks, scratches, encodings which are not working or RFID cards, on less than 5% of the total amount of items. 3D PRINT will be not held liable to the customer or end user for any kind of consequential loss, damage, delay or other issues caused by wrong supply. 3D PRINT does not also accept any claims if it is unable to meet its obligations to the customer for any reason outside its control, including (but not limited to): natural disasters, governmental legislation, power failures, delay on raw materials receipt. In case of wrong supply 3D PRINT will re-print the order only once.
3D PRINT will not be responsible:
Goods are shipped with our couriers or couriers provided by the customer; in this case all informations must be sent before 16:00 on the day before shipment. All shipment are Ex-Works.
We will make every effort to avoid price changes; although all prices should be subject to amendment, due to prices of raw materials, until confirmation of requirements and placement of order by the customer.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Italian jurisdiction.
